Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales function for our premium real estate portfolio, including luxury plots, villas, high-end apartments, integrated townships, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, managing channel partners, and building a high-performing sales team while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations for premium residential and commercial projects.
- Drive inventory liquidation and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
- Monitor lead generation, site visits, conversions, bookings, and collections.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to sales processes.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in premium or luxury projects.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in managing channel partner networks and direct sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in luxury residential, commercial, or township projects will be an added advantage.
