Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Corporate and Hospitality Communications vertical and manage high-value client relationships across industries
- Develop and execute integrated PR and corporate and hospitality communication strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Drive media visibility through strong relationships with business journalists, editors, industry publications, and digital platforms
- Lead end-to-end communication planning including press releases, thought leadership, interviews, brand profiling, and crisis communication
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on reputation management, leadership positioning, and communication opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities, media partnerships, and integrated campaign ideas
- Lead client review meetings, retainers, reporting, and internal communication with ownership and accountability
- Mentor and manage account teams to ensure seamless execution and strong delivery standards
- Collaborate with digital, influencer, and creative teams for integrated storytelling and campaigns
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and media insights to strengthen campaign direction and strategic recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of experience in PR / Corporate and Hospitality Communications, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong exposure to Corporate, B2B, Technology, Startup, or Business communications
- Excellent media network across business, corporate, and trade publications
- Strong leadership, client servicing, and strategic communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and fast-moving mandates efficiently
- Confident communicator with strong writing and presentation abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow verticals
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
