- 2–5 years preferred
- Freshers with exceptional automation knowledge may also be considered
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering
The Application Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding customer applications, providing technical solutions, preparing techno-commercial offers, commissioning Yaskawa drives, and ensuring excellent customer support.
The role combines Technical Sales, Application Engineering and Field Service.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete customer lifecycle:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Visit customer sites to understand machine or process requirements.
- Select and size the appropriate Yaskawa drive or automation solution.
- Prepare technical proposals and techno-commercial quotations.
- Negotiate and close orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Perform installation support, parameter configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver customer training and ensure post-sales satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and references.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
