BeastDrive is a fast-growing adventure and endurance events company, connecting adventure enthusiasts with exciting experiences across India. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Malayalam Sales Callers to engage with customers, promote our events, and convert inquiries into registrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and existing leads.
- Explain BeastDrive events, packages, offers, and the registration process in Malayalam.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful registrations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/call logs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be fluent in Malayalam and have good communication skills in English.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,519.42 - ₹20,855.53 per month
