Core Responsibilities
- Bill Preparation: Generate Running Account (RA) bills, interim valuations, and final bills in alignment with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and contract agreements.
- Measurement Verification: Validate on-site work by cross-checking actual measurements with structural drawings and Measurement Books (MB).
- Reconciliation & Estimation: Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for construction materials, conduct rate analysis, and draft Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Variation & Claim Management: Track design or scope changes and formulate documented claims for price or quantity variations to prevent financial discrepancies.
- Coordination & Reporting: Act as a liaison between site engineers, contractors, and the finance team, utilizing software tools to generate daily/monthly MIS reports.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
