We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Petpooja and Posist, networking, hardware and software support, IT security, and vendor management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations, minimizing system downtime, and providing timely technical support to all business locations.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and support Petpooja & Posist (Restroworks) POS systems
✔ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and POS-related issues
✔ Manage IT infrastructure, user access, backups, and system security
✔ Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth IT operations across outlets
