Job Requirements
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate degree. (Accounts background is preferred)
Work Experience: 2 to 3 yrs experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Work Location: Pondicherry
Skills Requirements:
· Good verbal & written communication skills
· Knowledge is MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
· Knowledge in Tally software is preferred
Responsibilities
· Manage Calendar, internal/external meetings and appointments.
· Handle email correspondence, calls and communicate effectively.
· Prepare reports, presentations and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
· Follow up with departments on pending tasks, projects, and deadlines
· Maintain confidential files, records, and business documents.
· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and business partners professionally.
· Track important action items and ensure timely completion.
· Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
· Manage expense reports, invoices, and reimbursement documentation.
· Ensure smooth coordination between the Leadership office and other departments.
