Key Responsibilities
Content Planning
* Create a monthly content calendar.
* Plan daily Instagram Stories and Reels.
* Coordinate with the founder for campaign ideas.
Video Editing
* Edit Instagram Reels.
* Edit YouTube Shorts.
* Add captions, transitions, music and effects.
* Produce trend-based videos.
Social Media
* Upload posts and schedule content.
* Write captions and hashtags.
* Manage Instagram and Facebook pages.
* Reply to comments and DMs when required.
Creative Direction
* Guide models during shoots.
* Suggest trending reel concepts.
* Coordinate with photographer/videographer.
* Plan festive campaigns.
Analytics
* Monitor Instagram Insights.
* Submit weekly reports.
* Suggest improvements based on performance.
Skills Required
Must know:
* Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
* Canva
* Instagram Reels
* ChatGPT
* Basic photography understanding
* Basic fashion styling sense
* Good English and Hindi communication
* Meta Business Suite
* Pinterest

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
