Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound customer inquiries, generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain communication.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
- Collect and update customer information in the database.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Experience
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made per day.
- Lead generation and conversion rate.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Achievement of sales targets.
