Purpose of this position / Position summary
The Global Business Excellence and Strategic Project Team is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Global Business Excellence Project Manager to support the planning execution and monitoring of a small and mid-scale projects While progressively building the capability to independently manage projects end to end. The role focuses on strengthening planning stakeholder management and communication skills over time

Project Scope: Small to mid-scale projects or defined workstreams

Number of Projects: Typically 1–3 projects or multiple workstreams concurrently

Geographical Scope: May involve coordination with global or cross-regional teams

Stakeholder Complexity: Cross-functional teams with varying priorities and dependencies
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project coordination for defined workstreams or smaller projects

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking tools

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely task completion

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation actions
-
Ensure timely and structured communication of project updates, risks, and dependencies

Prepare presentations and reports for governance and stakeholder reviews

Maintain accurate documentation of decisions, actions, and project changes
-
Track deliverables against timelines and highlight deviations proactively

Gradually take ownership of larger workstreams and smaller projects with increasing independence

Contribute to project planning, including defining timelines, dependencies, and milestones

Build stronger stakeholder alignment across functions and geographies

Deliver clear, structured communication tailored to different stakeholder levels

Education requirements / Experience / Job Specifications
Education / Professional Certification
Bachelor's degree in management engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
Certification in project management is preferable (e.g. CAPM or PMP etc.)
Experience
2-4 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Ms. office especially PowerPoint in excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with project management tools (e.g. Ms Project)

Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
