Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner
- Handle patient registration, appointments, and billing coordination
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a clean, organized reception area
- Handle insurance and admission/discharge processes (if required)
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Professional appearance and behavior
