Job Summary
Presidium School is seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to educate students from Grades I to V. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and learner-centric classroom environment that promotes academic excellence and holistic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Foster conceptual understanding through experiential and activity-based learning.
- Assess student performance through classwork, projects, assignments, and examinations.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching-learning materials.
- Maintain classroom discipline while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and maintain regular communication with parents.
- Integrate technology into classroom teaching to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate actively in school assemblies, co-curricular activities, competitions, and events.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow teachers to implement school initiatives.
- Ensure student safety, well-being, and adherence to school policies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
