About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manager – HR to drive the people agenda across the organization, focusing on Business Partnering, HR Operations, Employee Experience, and Compliance. This role will work closely with leadership to enable a high-performance Culture, Strengthen HR Processes, and ensure a Seamless Employee Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with business goals

Act as a trusted advisor on performance, team structure, and employee engagement

Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and org design (excluding hiring execution)

Support managers in performance management and employee development
2. Performance Management & Talent Development
-
Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, feedback)
-
Identify high-potential employees and build development plans
-
Partner with L&D to roll out training programs
-
Handle performance improvement plans (PIPs) and capability building
3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
-
Oversee onboarding, confirmations, employee movements, and exits
-
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes with strong SLAs
-
Maintain employee records and documentation standards
-
Work closely with HR Ops team to ensure operational excellence
4. Payroll, Compliance & Governance
-
Oversee payroll inputs, validations, and coordination
-
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.)

Manage audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
-
Drive policy formulation and governance frameworks
5. Employee Experience & Engagement

Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs

Monitor employee satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives

Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
-
Build a strong feedback-driven culture
6. HR Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance, etc.)

Provide insights and recommendations to leadership
-
Drive data-backed decision-making in people processes
7. Stakeholder & Team Management

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Admin teams

Manage and mentor HR Ops / HRBP team members
-
Drive alignment across HR functions
Key Requirements
-
8–12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HRBP + HR Operations
-
Proven experience in managing performance, engagement, and employee lifecycle
-
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance
-
Experience working in a startup / product / tech environment preferred
-
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
-
High ownership, execution focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
-
Experience in scaling HR processes in a growing organization
-
Exposure to HRMS tools like Keka or similar platforms
