Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all HR compliances and statutory work
- Timely filing of returns and legal documentation
- Managing attendance, payroll coordination & employee records
- Strong manpower handling and workforce arrangement
- Recruitment and onboarding of staff & labor
- Following and implementing company systems & processes strictly
- Coordination with management and departments
- Maintaining HR documentation and reports
- Experience in HR software/ERP systems is mandatory
Requirements:
- Experience in HR operations & compliances
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, returns, etc.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage manpower efficiently
- Disciplined and process-oriented mindset
- Experience working on software like Zoho/ERP/HRMS preferred
