Job Summary
The Boys Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall management, discipline, safety, and welfare of students residing in the hostel. The warden will stay on campus and ensure a secure, clean, and well-disciplined environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside in the hostel and be available to handle emergencies at any time.
- Maintain discipline, order, and a positive living environment within the hostel.
- Supervise students and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Monitor student attendance, entry/exit records, and visitor registers.
- Conduct regular room inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Address student concerns and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians regarding important student matters when required.
- Ensure the safety and security of hostel residents property.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and security for smooth hostel operations.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain hostel records, occupancy details, incident reports, and daily registers.
- Organize hostel meetings and communicate important notices to residents.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 25 years or above.
- Experience of 2–3 years as a hostel warden, residential supervisor.
- Physically fit and willing to stay on campus.
- Good character, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
