Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost breakdowns, and supporting the bidding process to ensure competitive and profitable project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to understand project scope.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams for accurate inputs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals within deadlines.
- Analyze project risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain a database of cost estimates, historical data, and supplier information.
- Assist in project budgeting and cost control during execution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- TDS submission
- Rate analsys preparation
- Supporting sales team
- Compiling all technical data as per tener requirement
- Maintaining quotation tracking sheet
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in estimation, costing, or project planning
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and cost analysis techniques.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
