At Landmark Digital, we’re driving the digital arm of the Landmark Group—powering seamless omni-channel experiences for 8 industry-leading brands across 8 geographies. We’re expanding our development center in Bengaluru (Yemlur) and looking for a Staff SDE (Java) to lead, architect, and innovate with us.
What You’ll Do:
Technical Leadership: Drive the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for complex distributed systems and core platform components.
System Design & Scale: Architect, build, and optimize microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, and Azure/AWS.
AI & Engineering Productivity: Champion GenAI/LLM-driven developer tools (code generation, automated testing, log analysis) to elevate team productivity and modern engineering workflows.
Mentorship: Elevate the engineering bar across squads through design critiques, high-impact mentorship, and hiring.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of professional experience in Java Backend Development.
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Caching, and NoSQL/SQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and Azure/AWS.
Strong background in fault-tolerant design, high-availability architecture, and observability.
Bonus: Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and applying LLMs/GenAI to engineering workflows!
