We are seeking a skilled and reliable Freelance Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-
quality technical assistance on a project or per-ticket basis. You will be responsible for diagnosing,
troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Diagnostics & Maintenance: Perform physical inspection, troubleshooting and repair of desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Component Management: Identify and replace faulty hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, Power Supplies, Motherboards, etc.).
- Operating System Support: Expertly troubleshoot, configure, and repair Microsoft
- Windows environments (Windows 10/11), including boot issues, performance optimization, and driver conflicts.
- Peripheral Troubleshooting: Resolve connectivity and configuration issues related to
- printers, scanners, docking stations, and other office hardware.
- Software Deployment: Assist with software installations, updates, and configuration of business-critical applications.
- Ticketing & Documentation: Provide timely updates on ticket status and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hardware Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of computer architecture.
- Troubleshooting Proficiency: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex hardware and
- software problems.
- Windows Environment: Proven experience in advanced Windows troubleshooting
- (Registry, Group Policy, etc.).
- Peripheral Support: Experience in troubleshooting network and local printers.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
