Handle customer inquiries and maintain CRM records.
Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams.
Prepare quotations, reports, and customer updates.
Manage WhatsApp Business and basic digital marketing.
Requirements
Graduate (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred).
Good communication in Hindi & English.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
Experience in industrial sales/marketing is an advantage.
Pay: ₹11,075.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
