Factory HR Job Description:
The Factory HR is responsible for managing end-to-end HR and administrative operations at the manufacturing facility, including recruitment and onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, contract labor management, and employee engagement activities. The role involves maintaining all HR documentation and employee records, ensuring statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, labor laws, bonus, gratuity, and other applicable regulations, preparing and submitting statutory returns, handling inspections and audits, and coordinating with government departments, labor authorities, PF/ESIC offices, contractors, and external agencies for compliance and liaison activities. The HR Executive will also support training and development initiatives, performance management processes, manpower planning, HR reporting, and policy implementation while fostering a productive work environment and ensuring smooth factory operations in line with organizational and legal requirements.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or FMCG manufacturing industries. Candidates should have strong knowledge of factory HR practices, statutory compliance, and workforce management in a manufacturing environment.
