What the job is:
You will be based at two showrooms, a short walk from each other. When customers choose their car, you help them finance it: pitch Bajaj Finance loan options, check eligibility on the spot, and process the loan end-to-end on our Salesforce mobile app.
What you’ll earn:
- Fixed ₹22,000/month (₹19,000 salary + ₹3,000 fixed allowance)
- Monthly incentives on top, paid on both the number of loans and the loan value. These are premium brands (average loan ₹13–18 lakh), so your incentive per case is higher than at mass-market counters.
- Additional incentives on insurance and add-on products you attach to your loans
- Incentives from your very first month, new joiners earn on their first cases while ramping up
- Typical on-target earnings: ₹32,000–₹38,000/month. Top performers cross ₹45,000.
What we need:
- Kannada and English required. Hindi is a plus.
- 0 – 3 years of field sales / counter sales experience, vehicle finance, banking, insurance, credit cards, or dealership sales preferred. Strong freshers with sales aptitude will be considered.
- Comfortable with numbers, you will calculate EMIs and explain loan options every day
- Own Vehicle
- Weekends are our busiest days, Saturday/Sunday working with a weekday off
- Able to join between 15 - 30th July 2026
