Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
Administration
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
- Maintain employee records and company databases.
- Support event planning, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth office operations and administrative processes.
- Handle general correspondence and office communication.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
