We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our automobile camshaft manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting sales operations, handling data management, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, technical interest, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide customer support and ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Support the sales team with data, follow-ups, and coordination
- Maintain accurate customer data and reports in CRM systems
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and business continuity
- Assist in managing and coordinating new equipment requirements
- Perform field visits as required to meet clients and understand their needs
- Coordinate with production and technical teams for order execution and issue resolution
- Monitor customer requirements and align them with production capabilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or related field)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer support, or sales support
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of data management and computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Technical interest, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Basic understanding of production processes is an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
