About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead and oversee the service operations of our retail business.
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day service operations and ensure smooth functioning of the service department.
- Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
- Track service KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), warranty claims, and productivity metrics.
- Coordinate with vendors, authorized service partners, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
- Experience in retail service operations, preferably in mobile phones, laptops, electronics, or consumer durables.
Education: UG/PG
Experience: 6 to 15 years
Salary: 25K to 35K
Location: Perinthalmana
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
