Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / Remote)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: ₹4.5 – 6 LPA

About the Role
Lumos Learning is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / InDesign Specialist to work on educational books and other print-ready content. The ideal candidate has prior experience in book publishing and is comfortable creating professional layouts and designs — combining accurate, production-ready typesetting with genuine design and illustration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and format books, workbooks, and other print materials.
- Create clean, accurate, and print-ready files using Adobe InDesign.
- Design graphics, illustrations, charts, and page layouts as required.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions within timelines.
- Produce sample designs or layout work during the selection process, if required.
Requirements
- Experience in designing books, magazines, or other print publications.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other relevant Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Must own a laptop and have the required software; the company does not provide hardware or software.
