# HR Recruiter – Job Description
**Job Title:** HR Recruiter
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and experience in identifying top talent to meet organizational hiring needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
* Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
* Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
* Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
* Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market conditions.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience requirement may vary).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
