Key Responsibilities:
1.Presales & Solution Design
a.Understand customer requirements and translate them intosolution architecturesusing multi-vendor technologies.
b.Design, size, and propose infrastructure solutions aroundServers, Storage, HCI, VDI, Backup, DR, and MDM.
c.ConductPOCs (Proof of Concepts), product demos, and solution workshops for clients.
d.Preparetechnical proposals, BOMs, RFP responses, and solution presentationsin collaboration with sales teams.
2.Vendor & Partner Coordination
a.Work closely with OEMs and distributors such asDell, HPE, Lenovo, Nutanix, Broadcom, Commvault, Veeam, and Omnissafor technical validations, pricing, and solution optimization.
b.Keep up-to-date with latest product releases, certifications, and partner programs.
3.Customer Engagement
a.Engage with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and map suitable technology solutions.
b.Delivertechnical presentations, workshops, and product deep-divesto CXO-level stakeholders.
c.Support customer meetings along with the sales team to drive technical closure.
4.Internal Collaboration
a.Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams forhandover of won deals, ensuring technical accuracy and scope alignment.
b.Train and mentor junior presales or sales teams on new solutions and architectures.
5.Strategic Contribution
a.Identify opportunities forsolution bundling and cross-sellingacross product lines.
b.Provide technical inputs forgo-to-market strategiesand marketing collateral.c.Support the organization in achieving partner certifications and vendor accreditationsRequired

9.VDI & MDM:
a.Omnissa Horizon (formerly VMware Horizon), Citrix, or Accopsb.MDM solutions such as Omnissa Workspace ONE, Intune, or MobileIronQualifications:
a.Bachelor’s degreeb.4+ years of experience inPresales / Solution Architect / Technical Consultantrole in IT infrastructure domain.
c.Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.d.Ability to manage multiple RFPs, tight deadlines, and cross-functional coordination.
