Brains Iconic Charitable Trust is seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Donor Relations & Fundraising Executive to help build sustainable partnerships and strengthen our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging donors, identifying funding opportunities, and supporting initiatives that advance our mission and expand our social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and institutional donors.
- Identify fundraising opportunities, grants, sponsorships, and CSR partnerships.
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
- Prepare funding proposals, presentations, and donor reports.
- Coordinate donor meetings, follow-ups, and appreciation activities.
- Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support fundraising initiatives and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, CSR partnerships, or NGO development.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
