Agri Education Consultants Australia is an Australian-based international education consultancy specialising in overseas education and student visa services. We are expanding our Indian Head Office in Patiala and are seeking an experienced Admissions Co-ordinator to join our long-term team.

Position Overview
The Admissions Co-ordinator plays a key role in managing the complete student admission journey, from initial enquiry and professional counselling through to university admission, Genuine Student (GS) documentation, student visa application support, and office administration.
This is not a tele-calling position. It is a professional admissions and documentation role requiring excellent communication, analytical ability, organisation, and independent decision-making, and coordinate with senior management & staff.
You will primarily assist students applying to:
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- New Zealand
- Canada
Students originate from South Asia and other international markets, including India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan, Kenya and neighbouring regions.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Admissions
- Professionally counsel prospective students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Assess students' academic background and career goals.
- Consultation about suitable courses and institutions.
- Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, scholarships, tuition fees and application procedures.
- Able to guide students throughout the complete admission process.
- Provide accurate advice regarding Genuine Student (GS) requirements and student visa procedures.
- Stay updated with admission policies, university requirements and immigration regulations.
Admissions Coordination
- Manage enquiries received through phone, email, website and online platforms.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
- Monitor application progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with universities and education providers.
- Arrange offer letters, acceptances and enrolment documentation.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the admission process.
Documentation & Visa Processing
- Collect, verify and organise student documents.
- Prepare university application files.
- Assist in preparing Genuine Student (GS) documentation.
- Assist with student visa application documentation.
- Ensure applications comply with institutional and immigration requirements.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical student records.
- Monitor application deadlines and document submissions.
Office Administration
- Maintain student databases and filing systems.
- Manage correspondence and official emails.
- Prepare reports and maintain administrative records.
- Support the daily operations of the admissions office.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all documentation.
Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing training.
- Continuously update knowledge of international education policies.
- Learn new admission systems and documentation requirements.

Mandatory Experience (Essential)
Applicants must have:
1. Admissions Counselling Experience
Minimum one year proven experience in international education counselling, including:
- Face-to-face counselling- Eligibility -Course-Destination
- Email counselling
- Live chat counselling
- Telephonic counselling
- Managing student enquiries professionally
- Converting enquiries into successful admissions
2. Admissions & Documentation Experience
Minimum one year proven experience handling complete admission documentation, including:
- University applications Requirement
- Offer Letter processing Recruitment
- Acceptance documentation: Understanding Conditions on offer
- Genuine Student (GS) documentation (Australia) or equivalent documentation for at least two other destination countries
- Student visa application documentation
3. Office Administration Experience
Experience performing day-to-day office administration, including:
- Student record management
- File management
- Email management
- Follow-up coordination
- Documentation control
- General administrative support – Office
(This position does not include staff management responsibilities.)

- Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
