About the Role
Laxmi Infra Venture Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead and execute both digital and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, driving sales growth, and managing a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Digital Marketing Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Manage online lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
- Oversee website performance and digital branding activities.
- Track campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools.
- Offline Marketing & Branding Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns.
- Organize exhibitions, events, roadshows, property launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage outdoor advertising, print media, radio, and local marketing campaigns.
- Strengthen corporate branding and public relations initiatives.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ensure marketing efforts contribute directly to revenue growth.
- Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Establish KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in both Digital and Offline Marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven experience in lead generation and brand building.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
