Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive (Email Process) to assist customers across multiple platforms with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. This role requires prompt communication, problem-solving skills, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through Chat, Email, and occasionally Calls.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
- Work with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Proactively handle issues, complaints, and escalations, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed customer service KPIs (TAT, resolution rate, CSAT, etc.).
- Track and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Assist in creating and updating FAQs, knowledge bases, and internal support materials.
- Ensure every customer interaction results in a positive brand experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
