We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Engineer to manage residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution skills, and the ability to handle labour, vendors, and quality control independently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and execution work
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants & MEP teams
- Monitor quality control and material usage
- Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
- Handle labour management and subcontractor coordination
- Check levels, measurements, and reinforcement before concreting
- Ensure safety standards are maintained on site
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering & finishing works
- Ability to read structural & architectural drawings
- Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of BOQ & quantity estimation
- Must be able to handle site independently
Additional Preference:
- Experience in residential projects (G+1 / G+2 / G+3)
- Knowledge of IS standards & quality procedures
- Two-wheeler mandatory
Salary:
Based on experience & performance
