Job Overview
Uma Enterprise is looking for an experienced GEM Executive with expertise in handling Government e-Marketplace (GEM) tenders related to manpower services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender identification, bid preparation, documentation, and successful participation in government procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and analyze GEM tenders related to manpower outsourcing services.
- Prepare, review, and submit bids on the GEM portal.
- Manage tender documentation, compliance requirements, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with internal teams for gathering documents and pricing information.
- Track tender status, bid openings, corrigendums, and award notifications.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, contracts, and correspondence.
- Handle GEM registrations, catalog management, and profile updates.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and adherence to tender deadlines.
- Follow up on awarded contracts and support post-award documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Practical experience in GEM portal operations and tender submission.
- Strong knowledge of manpower service tenders and government procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online documentation.
- Understanding of tender costing, technical bids, and financial bids.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manpower outsourcing contracts.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with other e-tendering portals and government procurement systems.
