LBM Solutions is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and building brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Pay: ₹9,978.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month
