- Manage daily hospital operations and workflow.
- Supervise staff and departmental activities.
- Ensure quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate between departments and management.
- Monitor patient services and operational efficiency.
- Handle staff issues, complaints, and escalations.
- Maintain records, reports, and compliance.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted hospital operations.
