Position: Nursing Supervisor
Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
*To oversee daily nursing operations.
*Ensure quality patient care.
*Manage nursing staff efficiently.
*Supervise nursing staff and manage duty rosters.
*Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
*Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards.
*Monitor documentation, infection control, and ward management.
Requirements:
*B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid registration.
*5–10 years of experience (with supervisory exposure preferred)
