Position: CRM Executive
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Relationship Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from booking through post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact post-booking
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams
Maintain customer records and CRM data accurately
Track documentation and payment follow-ups
Support booking formalities and agreement processes
Share project updates, payment reminders, and customer communications
Prepare CRM reports and support customer retention initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Customer Success, Real Estate, Banking, or Hospitality
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Immediate joiners preferred
