Job Title: Business Development Manager (EPC)

Reporting To: AGM Techno-Commercial / GM Business Development
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and secure EPC projects across sectors such as Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Water & Wastewater, and Renewable Energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, tenders, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, government agencies, and partners.
- Develop business development strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and legal teams for bid and proposal preparation.
- Lead client presentations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales and market reports.
- Support smooth handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical); MBA preferred.
- 7 - 10+ years of business development experience in the EPC industry.
- Strong knowledge of tendering, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Proven track record of winning EPC projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Sector Experience:
Power, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater, Infrastructure, Industrial
