Key Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Master's Degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics from a recognized university AND a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of teaching core mathematics to senior secondary classes in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Core Competencies: Mastery over complex senior secondary topics including Calculus, Vectors, 3D Geometry, Matrices, Probability, and Linear Programming.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital teaching aids, geometry software (like GeoGebra), and smartboards.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Lesson Delivery: Teach abstract and complex mathematical concepts through clear, structured, and engaging methodologies.
- CBSE Board & Exam Prep: Train students in problem-solving techniques, time management, and logical reasoning specifically aligned with the CBSE board pattern and marking schemes.
- Remedial & Advanced Support: Conduct extra sessions for students needing foundational help while simultaneously mentoring high-achievers for competitive math challenges.
- Evaluation: Design rigorous periodic tests, evaluate answer scripts accurately, maintain academic performance logs, and offer constructive feedback during parent-teacher conferences.
