Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Architect with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to develop and coordinate accurate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit

Convert 2D drawings, point cloud data, and sketches into accurate models
-
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and BIM teams for smooth project execution

Perform clash detection and model coordination

Ensure compliance with BIM standards and maintain organized project documentation

Apply understanding of U.S. building codes such as IBC, ADA, NFPA, and local state codes in model development and documentation
Skills Required:

2+ years of BIM modeling experience

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
-
Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Rhino is a plus

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills
