The Receptionist Cum Tele sales Executive is responsible for managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales activities through phone calls and follow-ups. The role includes welcoming visitors, answering calls, and converting inquiries into sales by explaining company products and services.
Key Responsibilities Reception Duties:
- Welcome and assist visitors and customers at the office.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk register.
- Manage courier, parcels, and office communication.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
Tele sales Duties :
- Call potential and existing customers to promote company products.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Explain product details, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales and service team for customer requirements.
Required Skills :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and persuasion ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the front desk.
- Polite and professional customer handling skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred).
Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years experience in reception, tele sales, or customer service.
Other Requirements:
- Pleasant personality and professional behavior.
- Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
- Basic record keeping and reporting skills.
