Job Responsibilities:
- Handle patient enquiries and explain hair transplant procedures and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients
- Follow up with leads and convert consultations into procedures
- Coordinate appointments and patient schedules
- Provide excellent patient support before and after treatment
- Maintain patient records and daily follow-up reports
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient experience
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Customer handling and relationship management skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Experience in healthcare, clinic, telesales, or customer service roles is preferred
