Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities at our e-waste recycling facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee records, attendance, statutory compliance, office administration, vendor coordination, and supporting plant operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts department.
- Assist in employee engagement and training programs.
- Conduct induction for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Administration
- Manage office administration and day-to-day facility operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services.
- Maintain office assets, stationery, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and service contracts.
- Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and vehicle arrangements.
- Maintain records of office expenses and process vendor bills.
- Ensure smooth functioning of plant administrative activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory records related to HR and administration.
- Coordinate compliance for PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Maintain employee safety records and assist in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) documentation.
- Support documentation related to Pollution Control Board (PCB), EPR, and ISO audits whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA (HR) or PG Diploma in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, recycling, waste management, or industrial plants is preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
- Experience in payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or recycling industries.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation and audit support.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance.
- Experience working with ERP or HRMS software.

This JD is specifically tailored for an E-Waste & Lithium-Ion Battery Recycling company, covering both HR responsibilities and the administrative/compliance support typically required in a recycling plant environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,198.55 per month
