Position: Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per project schedule
Maintain site safety standards and enforce safety protocols
Track material usage and report shortages or requirements
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Resolve on-site issues and support smooth project execution
Required Skills:
Knowledge of building construction and site management
Ability to handle labor and contractor coordination
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements
Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage
Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Candidates with relevant site supervision experience are preferred
Salary:
12,000/- to 15,000/-
