We have a job opportunity for Sr. Technician – Process & Quality role for Mumbai location and immediate joiner are preferred for this roll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor end-to-end lens processing (RX / HC / MC) as per SOP
- Perform in-process & final quality checks (power, axis, coating, defects)
- Analyze rejections and implement corrective actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate for machine performance, calibration, and breakdown support
- Handle customer complaints & CN and rework cases
- Support process improvements and maintain quality records
- Train operators on SOPs and quality standards
Experience & Skills:
- 2–4 years in optical lens manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of coating, tinting, fitting & QC processes
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
