Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager (Events, BTL & Branding)
Role Objective
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, building strong pipelines, and converting opportunities in corporate events, BTL activations, and branding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients (brands, agencies, SMEs)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
2. Client Pitching & Conversion
- Understand client requirements and marketing objectives and Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals, concepts, and budgets
3. Market & Industry Intelligence
- Identify upcoming events, product launches, and activation opportunities
4. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure healthy margins on deals (not just topline sales)
5. Relationship Building
- Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of event/BTL industry
- Presentation & communication skills
- Commercial awareness (pricing, margins)
Experience
- Executive: 1–3 years (preferably events/advertising)
- Manager: 4–8 years with proven revenue track record
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
