Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead cross-functional teams, drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure the successful delivery and support of InvoiceNET ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
- Lead and coordinate the Sales, Support, Implementation, and Administrative teams.
- Develop strategies to increase ERP software sales and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Monitor project implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review team performance and establish productivity goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor employees.
- Prepare business reports and present performance metrics to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a recognized university.
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in the software, IT, ERP, or business solutions industry.
- Proven experience in business management, operations, or software/ERP management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Basic understanding of ERP software and business processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with ERP software.
- Knowledge of retail, inventory, accounting, or business operations.
