Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Interview Coordination
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Attendance, Leave & Employee Record Management
Payroll Coordination & HR Operations
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
HR Policy Implementation & Compliance Management
Handling Employee Grievances & Conflict Resolution
Preparation of HR Reports and MIS
Coordination with Management for Workforce Planning
Eligibility:
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA HR Preferred)
Minimum 2–8 Years of HR Experience
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Good Knowledge of MS Office and HR Software
Strong Recruitment and Team Management Skills
Experience-Based Salary:
2–3 Years Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
4–6 Years Experience: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
6+ Years Experience: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000
