Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Haldwani. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and performance of the store.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to maximize productivity.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare store reports.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and stock replenishment.
- Minimize stock losses through effective inventory control.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain store hygiene, security, and operational standards.
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve store performance.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in retail store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
