Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial auditing, general ledger reconciliation, and various accounting tasks. Experience in LIHTC, SOX, and public accounting is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping to track financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in financial auditing and general accounting practices
- Familiarity with LIHTC, SOX, and public accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation accurately
- Understanding of wills trusts estate law is a plus
